Our story
ONE WORLD EDUCATION
Our founder and CEO of One World Education has gained extensive experience in every aspect of the school environment. Starting her professional journey in 2005 where she started teaching Drama in an after-school club to then becoming a head teacher in 2016. Having managed a pre-school, worked in a primary school, secondary school, Pupil Referral Unit, Social Emotional Mental Health School and an independent school our CEO has a diverse knowledge of learning.
We started this journey to enable learners to have the tools to learning readily available to them around their busy schedule. We understand how valuable time is, and believe that learning is a central piece to growing as an individual. With our wealth of knowledge and experience we know that every learner is unique and learn in their own particular way. We nurture creativity and always aim for excellence.
Our tailored curriculum aims to meet the needs of every learner. Our curriculum is inclusive of all learners from all walks of life. We support students with a diverse learning experience within a supportive environment. We are privileged to have a Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator on our team as well as a gifted and talented team leader. More information can be found here.
Our Mission: A school environment where the learners needs are met, whilst fostering independence and resilience. We support students to follow their dream of a career in their chosen field. We believe it is important for students to start young, to start becoming curious of the world and to ask questions that they want to know the answer to. The students are given the opportunity to have a full rounded education, whilst still attending events and socialising with peers alike. The students are surrounded in an atmosphere of exceptional academic performance. We offer extra curricula such as LAMDA, DofE, AQA unit awards, as well as art and DT. We give the students skills to face the wider world. The student is at the centre of everything we teach, therefore, a timetable is personalised to meet their needs.
