Our unique House System unites students from around the world

At One World Education, we pride ourselves on students feeling part of a community. A part of this process is incorporating our house system, to encourage students to extend their learning in a range of curriculum areas. It is hoped that students will also develop a sense of community, cohesion and responsibility within their houses.

We have three Houses, each with its own head of house, student president, and ambassadors. Their tasks are to motivate and enthuse the students within their respective house and play a full and active part in the inter-house competitions.  

Our three houses are: 

• Confucius
• Sullivan
• Tagore

Every student and member of staff is placed in one of the houses when they join One World Education school. The house selection is random as we believe that each student has elements of all our ethos. By being a member of the House family, students and staff are encouraged to show team spirit.  

At One World Education we want all our students to share our house vision of ‘Inspire, Encourage, and Create’. Our students: 

• Engage in a diverse range of activities.
• Participate in healthy competition. 
• Develop a sense of community cohesion. 
• Show compassion for other people.
